HCG RIBBON DAY TIMETABLE
SATURDAY 13^th APRIL 2024

Thanks for joining us for our 2024 Ribbon Day!

Below is the confirmed timetable for the day.  It is recommended that you arrive at the gym 5 – 10 minutes before your child’s session start time so that they are ready to go when their session starts.

Session 1
8.00am – 9.00am

• GymFun 5-7

Session 2
9.15am – 10.15am

• GymFun 7-10
• GymFun 9+
• GymFun Boys Only

Session 3
10.30am – 11.30am

• GymAdvance WAG Junior-Senior
• GymAdvance MAG Junior-Senior
• GfAAdvance Select
• TeenGym

Session 4
11.45am – 12.45pm

• AeroGym/Aerobics
• Trampoline
• Tumble

What to wear …
PLEASE ensure your child is wearing clothing appropriate for physical activity such as t-shirt and shorts/bike shorts/leotard etc.  As in classes, no skirts, belts, zips, buttons or buckles please.
They may bring a water bottle to carry around if they wish to.  
Trampoline Gymnasts please remember your socks!

What to do when you arrive …
When you arrive at the gym please then head upstairs with your child to the mezzanine floor until their session time is called at which time your child will be asked to head down to the floor.
There is no set door entry fee but a gold coin donation is appreciated. There will be a bucket for donations at the front door.

How the session runs …
Every session will start with a group warm-up.  Gymnasts will then be put in smaller groups to rotate around apparatus like they do in a regular class.  How each apparatus runs will differ depending on the class type but will involve the skills that gymnasts have been working on in class in a format familiar to them.  At the end of the session they will receive their certificate and ribbons.

A reminder that all entry fees if not already paid, must be paid by Friday 12th April.
