HOLIDAY PROGRAMME @ HCG

Our holiday programme offers participants a fun filled day of gymnastics, challenges, games and art and craft activities.

Each day we have a fun, new activity of the day. Click for whats on @ HP each day!

For all Holiday Programme bookings please sign in or register below whether you are new or returning to Hamilton City Gymnastics. 

The full list of dates and times available are below - the table will show 'full' if there are no more spaces.  If the day you require is 'full' please contact us anyway, we will run waiting lists in case of cancellations.

Full payment is required on or before the first day your child is booked to attend.

Cancellations require notice of 24 hours or more in order to be issued a refund (minus an admin fee). 

If less then 24 hours notice is given for cancellation, the full charge will still be applied. 

There has been an annual increase in our Holiday Programme fees. This fee increase will be notified at the HCG AGM on the 27th April 2025.

If you have previously attended any other Gymnastics NZ affiliated club you will already have a profile in the system so will need to contact us to connect you to HCG.

Please note: Your child's place in the Holiday Programme is not confirmed until we have received both the online booking, and payment.

Those who are applying for the OSCAR subsidy need to pay the Holiday Programme fee, minus the expected OSCAR subsidy to secure your place. You will be invoiced for the full fee, but your OSCAR refund will be credited to your invoice once received.
